The magazine, published by McGraw-Hill Cos., plans to replace the overseas print editions with special European and Asian online editions.
At the same time, BusinessWeek will begin distributing its US edition as a global print edition in Europe and Asia.
The decision reflects the difficult economics of managing print editions overseas.
Business publishers in the US are are currently dealing with a tough advertising environment.
BusinessWeek has published the European and Asian editions since 1996.
